You know you’re in the right business when what you do helps people live better while securing your own family’s financial future. Investing in Real Estate is providing better outcomes for families in a tough transition. I focus on residential assisted living, including facilities with memory care.
I invest because I found I was good at it, and when you’re really good at helping so many people in need, people often cast out by society, you’re doing what you’re supposed to be doing. I’m on a mission to help as many people that I can. I am looking to help other investors on this path be successful with their investment through my nine years of knowledge and expertise.
The moment I realized I could be successful with Residential Assisted Living (RAL) came a few short weeks after I had already began running my first home. I didn’t know for sure if I could do it, I just knew I wanted to try and make a difference in the lives of the people in my community. Three hundred and thirty properties later I’m focused on helping investors find rewarding projects and support the well being of our communities.
Today, I am committed to providing the best possible outcomes for our society’s most vulnerable members. These people need help, and if you are reading this then you are at the right place at the right time.
These people are vulnerable, but no less valuable. The opportunity and demand for quality residential situations to keep these people safe and comfortable is sky-rocketing. The laughter, connections, and wisdom I’ve received from engaging and being of service to our residents has far surpassed what is frankly, an amazing financial opportunity. It is the honor of a lifetime. A legacy for your family and that is what financial freedom is all about, helping others.
